The vision of a "Village Sweet Shoppe" began with two fantastic moms from Ballston Spa in 2009. After two years of hard work, in July 2011, they shared this vision with two sisters who are also from Ballston Spa. Joie Smith and Kate Mayer took over the Village Sweet Shoppe with the desire to continue to serve the families and friends of Ballston Spa.
