Hiding under wraps all winter? Don’t panic. There are many ways we can help you prepare for the upcoming hot weather.
The first thing you have to do is get naked. Yes, you do it every time you shower or bathe – so this should not be a problem. Before getting wet take a quick look at your skin. If you notice any new growths, it may be a good idea to show them to your doctor. In areas you cannot see, you may feel something different when you wash. You may even notice some bleeding.
