What is your favorite thing about your business?
I get to help others to find the perfect home for themselves and their families, while earning a solid living for my own family. It’s a win-win situation.
What is it like being a top producing agent in the Capital District?
I often hear people say to me, “I can be a real estate agent.” That’s true, most people can take the test to be an agent, but to be a Top Producing Agent it takes a great deal of time, energy, and hard work.
I truly work all of the time. Of course, I take time for family, but you have to put the time in to get the benefi ts out. I have very high energy, and I use that to the benefit of my clients. I do NOT have a team working under me. I am solo. What that means, is when you call Vinny Savini, you get Vinny on the phone. I give A+ customer service and THAT is what has made me a top producing agent…hard work, discipline, and total dedication to my clients!
What are your biggest challenges?
Well, in my previous community, I was known as the neighborhood realtor. I’ve lived in Malta for 2 ½ years now…I’ve sent intriguing mailings, and my statistics in this area rate me the number ONE realtor in Malta, but I still don’t see enough signs out there with Vinny Savini as the listing agent. I am here for you! Call me anytime, because I want to be YOUR neighborhood realtor!
What is the current status in the real estate market in our area today?
If people would stop listening to the fear in the news about the real estate market, we would have a GREAT market. Right now, themortgage rates are at an all time low, which makes it a great time to buy for the buyers out there. That, in turn makes it great for the sellers because they now have buyers knocking at their doors. We are expecting a strong Fall market because of these rates. Now’s the time to make a move!
What do you want the community to know about you?
I will stop at nothing to attain a goal for my clients. I listen to your needs, give you the information you desire, and then go for the gold. Customer service is absolutely #1 to me, which means, you WIN with Vinny Savini.
Anything else?
Buying and selling a home is a process… not an event. I have run several Home Buying workshops in the area, and I have a proven system on getting the best price for my clients. I really enjoy educating my clients throughout the entire Home Buying process and this has resulted in several referrals and repeat clients.

Up close with Miranda Real Estate group’s Vinny Savini
Describe your business and how you got started.
I always thought that Real Estate would be a great career for me, but never really took it seriously until 7 years ago when I was laid off from my full time job. I took the opportunity to make a jump into a new career and it has certainly paid off!
Are you known for anything special?
Yes...A+ customer service! When you call Vinny Savini to help you to buy or sell a home, that’s who you get, Vinny Savini. I pride myself on being there for my clients, knowing the ins and outs of real estate, and making my clients a top priority.
